URUGUAY XXI
Uruguay XXI, the Investment and Export Promotion Institute, works to help internationalize the Uruguayan economy. A country such as Uruguay has great opportunities to grow outside its borders by attracting investment and promoting exports to countries around the world. As can be seen in our mission statement, Uruguay XXI seeks to help both companies and the country as a whole better face the challenges posed by today's world. In addition, our organization seeks to strengthen the country's image abroad by promoting the attributes that make Uruguay a strategic location to do business in the Southern Cone of Latin America.
Our Vision
"We are Uruguay's reference institution in both the private and public sector for matters on export promotion and productive investment attraction."
Our Mission
"We work to internationalize the Uruguayan economy, promoting export growth and positioning our country as a strategic destination for productive investments."
Uruguay XXI was created in 1996 as a company to provide business services to suit the needs of foreign and domestic clients. We facilitate efforts by Uruguayan companies to internationalize through the implementation, either individually or jointly, of programs aimed at improving competitiveness. We help the community of international entrepreneurs and investors to do business in and from Uruguay to the region and to the world.
Our work philosophy
Uruguay XXI is a compact organization with top level experts in the field. Our internal structure is horizontal with all areas operating dynamically and interactively. Uruguay XXI is led by an Executive Director.
Work performed at the Institute is in accordance with principles and values that are conducive to attaining objectives in the short, medium and long term. In this manner, Uruguay XXI works with a strong client focus to provide efficient services, while ensuring transparency and confidentiality.
In short, the "business" of Uruguay XXI is the success of companies and the country as a whole.
