The seminar on "Opportunities in the Globalization of Services", took place on April 15th, with the presence of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Fernando Lorenzo.

The seminar "Opportunities in the Globalization of Services: A Strategy for the Exporters of Services in Uruguay" took place on April 15th with the presence of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Fernando Lorenzo, the representative of the IADB in Uruguay, Tracy Betts, and the Executive Director of Uruguay XXI, Roberto Villamil.

The event, which gathered over 250 people, had Avinash Vashishta, CEO of the consulting company Tholons, as a special guest. He presented the strategy: "Uruguay Outsourcing: Creating a Roadmap to Success". Accompanying Vashishta were Mario Tucci (Tata Consultancy Services), Pablo García (IADB), Fabrizio Opertti (IADB) and Adrián Zak, Head of the Investment Promotion Department at Uruguay XXI, who presented their new report about investment opportunities in the globalization of services.
