"Empresa en el Día" is a new system to set up companies which permits the constitution and registration of commercial companies in only one procedure -which has two stages, one virtual on the web and one in person. After a maximum time of 24 hours from this procedure, the company will be formally opened.

This initiative is framed in the SINARE Project: Creation of the National System to Register Companies, of the Rapprochement to Citizens Program (PAC), of the Planning and Budget Office (OPP). This Project has the support of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), the United Nations Program for Development and 15 public organizations which integrate the Project.
The purpose of this project is to facilitate the formalization of companies, improve the competiveness of the country and create a favorable environment for business and the development of entrepreneurship. This is done through a group of actions that improve the procedures related to the registration and management of information regarding the life cycle of companies (opening, transformation, closure, reopening).
The SINARE Project is based on a management model that integrates the different institutional actors with whom it will create the new modus operandi. With a focus on the improvement of client service, according to the governmental procedures of the State Democratic Transformation -closer, easier, more modern, profitable and supportive.
