On August 24th, a business breakfast was held at the Intercontinental Hotel Shanghai Puxi, where Vice President Danilo Astori gave a lecture on the investment and business opportunities offered by Uruguay to nearly 200 guests, including over 120 Chinese entrepreneurs.
On the following day, the delegation of Uruguayan businessmen and public officials and members of the public visiting the Expo enjoyed the show staged for the celebration of Uruguay's National Day by the Bajofondo band at the Red Hall of the Expo Centre.
Part of the delegation will travel with the Vice President to Beijing on August 26th, where, among other activities, he will meet with the Vice President of the People's Republic of China.
