Polanco Caviar has been awarded with 3 golden stars, the highest qualification in the Superior Taste Award of the International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi) in Brussels. Its caviar is being export to more than 25 countries in the 5 continents and have offices in Europe and USA. Polanco Caviar is part of the Uruguayan Exporters Association, Also, it achieves international certifications as Global Gap and FSSC 22.000
