Antigua Bodega is a Uruguayan family winery founded in 1928 in La Paz, Canelones. For nearly a century, the Stagnari family has crafted wines that reflect the identity, tradition, and passion of Uruguay’s wine culture.
Our vineyards grow on ancient pink granite soils over 500 million years old, giving the wines distinctive minerality and freshness. We combine hand harvesting, sustainable viticulture, and careful winemaking in concrete, stainless steel, and oak barrels to achieve elegant and balanced wines.
We are recognized as one of the leading references for Uruguayan Tannat, the country’s flagship grape. Today, our wines are present in more than 20 international markets, building long-term partnerships based on authenticity, quality, and trust.
