Scotiabank Uruguay
We work alongside Scotiabank Uruguay, providing strategic advice, consulting, and end-to-end management of digital projects. We support initiatives linked to digital customer onboarding, data analysis for decision-making, and the definition of an end-to-end digital strategy. The focus was on optimizing processes, improving user experience, and providing analytical capabilities that allowed the bank's digital services to scale with the quality and security standards unique to the financial sector.

KaveHome Uruguay
Together with Conecta361, we designed and developed an end-to-end digital platform for KaveHome Uruguay, focusing on building a clear, engaging, and functional user experience. The project included research, prototyping, UI/UX design, and frontend development, ensuring high standards for both visual quality and platform usability.
FEATURED PROJECT
Funtour Customer Service
We implemented a post-sale customer service system for Funtour based on process automation. We integrated Make as the orchestration engine, the WhatsApp API as the primary communication channel, and Google Drive as the centralized documentation repository. The automated workflow receives inquiries, classifies them, triggers responses and notifications, and keeps the information organized, reducing response times and improving the post-sale experience.
