BARBOT Ingenieros is an engineering consultancy with over 30 years of experience and more than 1,000 projects delivered across Latin America and international markets. We specialize in the integrated design of MEP systems, providing a centralized solution that reduces coordination complexity and improves project efficiency.

We work on residential, hospitality, office, healthcare and industrial projects, covering electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and BIM modeling. Our approach combines fast response times, strong technical expertise and high-level multidisciplinary coordination.

We collaborate with architecture firms and developers both locally and internationally, and provide engineering outsourcing services to larger consultancies in Europe and the Americas.

Link CENTER Aviadores – Mixed-Use Corporate & Commercial Complex

Flagship mixed-use development of approximately 120,000 m² in Asunción, Paraguay, integrating corporate, commercial, residential and hospitality programs, representing a paradigm shift in the city’s urban core. BARBOT Ingenieros delivered the full MEP design, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems, addressing a high level of technical complexity and multidisciplinary coordination. The project incorporates high-standard solutions such as full power backup, high-efficiency centralized HVAC systems, BMS (Building Management System) integration and sustainability criteria aligned with LEED certification. Developed under international standards, with strong BIM integration and coordination across multiple stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization and system compatibility at scale.

High-end hospitality and residential development in Punta del Este, Uruguay, under the internationally recognized SLS brand. The project combines luxury hotel operations with residential units, requiring high standards of design, comfort and performance. BARBOT Ingenieros contributed to the MEP design, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems, adapting solutions to meet the requirements of an international hospitality operation. The project involved complex HVAC systems, domestic hot water production, efficient distribution of services and coordination across multiple disciplines within a high-end architectural environment. Car One – Commercial & Automotive Center

Large-scale automotive megadealership and commercial center of approximately 140,000 m² in Uruguay, integrating multiple vehicle brands alongside major retail anchors such as Decathlon, Naterial and Tienda Inglesa, forming a high-capacity mixed-use complex. BARBOT Ingenieros contributed to the MEP design, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems, adapting solutions to the demands of a complex program with large floor areas, high traffic and diverse uses. The project involved systems for large volumes, ventilation of extensive areas, efficient HVAC for retail spaces and showrooms, and a robust electrical infrastructure capable of supporting multiple simultaneous operations. Mixed-use development of approximately 81,000 m² located in Carrasco, Uruguay, integrating five residential towers, one corporate tower and an open-air commercial mall, creating a new urban hub in the eastern area of Montevideo. The project combines residential, office and retail programs within an integrated environment, featuring an open commercial and gastronomic promenade connected to the lake and Parque Roosevelt.
