Brokerware is the AI-powered operating system for capital markets. We replace the fragmented infrastructure used by brokers, funds, and investment firms — 8 to 15 disconnected systems, spreadsheets, and manual processes — with one unified, front-to-back platform: onboarding, order management, accounting, compliance, and regulatory reporting, all connected, automated, and powered by AI.
With 16 years of track record, Brokerware was built to solve a problem the financial industry had normalized: operating the world's most regulated sector on outdated technology. Today we are the market leader in Paraguay (50% share) and Uruguay, with active operations across Argentina, Panama, Chile, Puerto Rico, and BVI. More than 30 tier-1 institutions — including organizations connected to Itaú and Insigneo — rely on us for their daily operations.
We are now expanding into Brazil, Mexico, and the United States. Europe is next.

Inex for Insigneo
Indie is the trading and market operations platform developed by Brokerware for broker-dealers, trading desks, and wealth management firms. In 2024, Brokerware adapted Indie to the specific needs of Insigneo — a leading U.S. wealth management firm, with billions of dollars in advised assets — and deployed it under the name Inex. Today, Inex is the platform used daily by 800 executives at Insigneo to manage all of the firm's fixed-income order routing. It integrates Smart Order Router — order routing with real-time rule and compliance validation —, Execution Blotter — a real-time execution console —, and Trading Desk Manager — integrated desk management, allocations, and limits — into a single platform. Inex is one of the most significant cases of Uruguayan financial software exported abroad: technology designed and built in Montevideo, now running at the heart of Wall Street.

Ueno Casa de Bolsa y Administradora de Fondos (Brokerage and Fund Manager)
Ueno Casa de Bolsa y Administradora de Fondos is the capital markets unit of Ueno Bank, the fastest-growing digital bank in Paraguay. It is part of the country's most dynamic financial ecosystem, with a rapidly expanding customer base. In 2023, Brokerware deployed at Ueno two integrated platforms operating in full connection: Brokerware —the operating system for capital markets, automating onboarding, execution, accounting, compliance, and regulatory reporting— and Brokerware Funds —the platform specialized in investment fund management and administration. Both systems work as a single infrastructure, powering the entire operation of Ueno Casa de Bolsa y Administradora de Fondos: from the retail client's first click through final settlement on the market. It is the technology infrastructure on which one of Paraguay's most ambitious financial projects is being built.
