ABOUT US

Del Mar Kombucha was founded in 2020 in La Pedrera, Rocha, Uruguay, by Facundo Salvo and Maicol Rodríguez. Inspired by the natural beauty of Uruguay's Atlantic coast and a passion for healthy living, they set out to craft authentic, small-batch kombucha using traditional fermentation methods and carefully selected natural ingredients.

What began as a home-based project quickly evolved into a growing artisanal beverage company dedicated to quality, sustainability, and innovation. Their goal has always been to create a refreshing drink that is both delicious and naturally fermented while introducing more people to the benefits and culture of kombucha.

Del Mar Kombucha proudly represents the spirit of the Uruguayan coast, combining craftsmanship with a commitment to excellence. Today, the company continues to grow while remaining true to its origins in La Pedrera and its vision of producing premium handcrafted kombucha for Uruguay.
