ABOUT US
With more than 25 years of experience in Uruguay and other Latin American countries, we have successfully led the development of projects and ventures, applying not only local regulatory requirements but also international standards (such as ASTM International standards for environmental site assessments, International Finance Corporation performance standards, international certifications such as LEED and EDGE, as well as environmental standards from the Environmental Protection Agency and Canadian guidelines), positioning us as a leading firm in our field.

FEATURED PROJECT
Edificio Logos, Zonamerica
LOGOS is an 11,500 m² building intended for multi-client logistics activities, located in Zonamerica. GEA Consultores Ambientales developed the processes required to obtain the necessary Environmental Authorizations (for its construction and commissioning), as well as providing advisory services for the EDGE certification before Green Business Certification Inc., actively participating alongside project architects, engineering teams, and the construction company.

Clínica del Puerto, SUMMUM
Clínica del Puerto is a SUMMUM outpatient clinic complex with an approximate surface area of 2,300 m², which began operations in 2024. GEA Consultores Ambientales developed consulting processes for obtaining the site development permits (Territorial Impact Assessment) and subsequently provided advisory services to the construction company Berkes, within the framework of the requirements established by the LEED v4 BD+C: New Construction certification.

Punta Shopping
Punta Shopping is a shopping center located in Punta del Este, with a surface area of 37,800 m². GEA Consultores Ambientales developed EDGE auditing services for the certification obtained before SINTALI.
FEATURED PROJECT
Carrasco Hub
Carrasco Hub is a corporate office building designed by Gómez Platero in Uruguay. It has a surface area of 11,300 m² and was conceived with the goal of obtaining the LEED v4 BD+C Core & Shell certification. GEA Consultores Ambientales provided advisory services to the construction company Ebital throughout the entire construction stage, designing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with the LEED certification requirements for the construction phase.
