ABOUT US

Cambay is a Uruguayan food company with more than 10 years of experience in the food industry. We develop, manufacture and commercialize ingredients and solutions for the ice cream, bakery, pastry, foodservice and food manufacturing industries.
We operate two production facilities and offer a broad portfolio including powdered preparations, chocolate coatings and compounds, fillings and creams, fruit preparations, sauces, frozen products and tailor-made food solutions.
We work with more than 300 customers and have our own Research & Development team, allowing us to adapt formulations, formats and products to the specific requirements of each customer and market.
Our main strengths are our industrial capabilities, flexibility in product development, technical expertise and broad range of solutions for industrial customers, distributors and foodservice chains. We are currently focused on continuing to expand our international presence, particularly in Latin America.
