Nosto

Nosto

We bring together two crafts that rarely share a roof: film and software.

ABOUT US

Nosto has been producing film since 2022 and developing custom software since 2026.

We build management platforms —events, ticketing, internal administration, automation— together with the audiovisual work that supports them. We produce for the real estate, cultural, events and advertising sectors. We film with our own equipment, authorised by DINACIA and the Uruguayan Air Force to operate drones.

The system a museum runs its entire operation on is in production today: programming by department, ticketing with assigned seating, door check-in, promotional artwork, in-room signage. We export software and artificial intelligence training to the United States.

What we deliver is already in use: Nosto runs on the same software it builds for its clients. Your point of contact does not change between the first meeting and support. We are licensees of the Uruguay Country Brand.

FEATURED PROJECT
Management and ticketing platform — Atchugarry Contemporary Art Museum

We brought into a single system everything the museum had been handling separately: the calendar and each department's programme —dance, music, theatre, film and education—, the promotional artwork, ticket booking and sales, workshop attendance certificates, printed programmes and the signage on the museum screens. Each department publishes its own events. Ticketing opens with free seating or assigned seats over room maps, a waiting list offers released seats automatically, and entry is checked at the door with a scanner and a box office. Certificates are issued signed, with public verification by code. Next.js, React and PostgreSQL. In production, with a public storefront at entradas.macamuseo.org.

FEATURED PROJECT
Launch film — FIP World Stamp Exhibition Uruguay 2025

The Uruguayan Philatelic Federation commissioned the launch film for the FIP World Stamp Exhibition Uruguay 2025, awarded to Uruguay by the International Federation of Philately for the bicentennial of its Declaration of Independence. We wrote the concept from scratch and brought it as a proposal. The film speaks to the global philatelic community; for much of it Uruguay was a name to place on the map. The first minute starts there, then moves to Punta del Este, the cosmopolitan city of Uruguay and the region: the coast at golden hour in aerial drone shots, the life of the season, the southern right whale in the water. The second minute reaches the venue, the Atchugarry Contemporary Art Museum, in Manantiales: 45 hectares of parkland with its own galleries, cinema and theatre, open to the public at no charge. The voiceover was generated with artificial intelligence; the music and sound design composed for the film. Two minutes and twenty-three seconds: https://vimeo.com/1225521914
