ABOUT US

Oruvital is a Uruguayan foodtech company that transforms Tannat grape pomace, a by-product of the wine industry, into innovative, value-added foods. We were founded with the purpose of combining science, nutrition, and circular economy principles to develop products with a strong Uruguayan identity and international potential.

We currently produce a Tannat Spread with functional potential, aimed at the health and wellness segment, and a jam-style product designed for the gourmet market. Both are plant-based and gluten-free.

Our main differentiator is the use of a local raw material naturally rich in fiber and antioxidants, supported by food technology and product formulation. We work alongside wineries, professionals, and innovation institutions, and seek partnerships with importers, distributors, and commercial partners interested in healthy, sustainable, and differentiated products.
