PlatformX engineering teams developed the technology platform that supports the management and operation of traffic violations for Puerto Rico’s Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTOP), enabling orchestration across a highly complex ecosystem of public and private stakeholders. DTOP operates administrative traffic processes and violation management across multiple channels and entities. The solution was designed to centralize and automate the lifecycle of traffic violations—from issuance and processing to payment and resolution—while integrating multiple actors, systems, and external providers into a unified operational platform.
