ABOUT US
Tenderis is Uruguay's first AI-powered public procurement platform, founded in 2025. We process 1.59 million tenders with a complete award history dating back to 2002, covering the official portal (ARCE/SICE), all 19 departmental governments, and semi-state entities that do not publish on the official portal (CND, LATU, Salto Grande, República AFISA, among others).
Our AI analyzes each tender document: it extracts deadlines, budget, mandatory requirements, and risks, and answers questions citing the exact page of the source document. Companies manage the entire process within the platform — from the first alert through to the award — with a presentation checklist, pipeline board, and full competitor and price history.
For international companies evaluating selling to the Uruguayan State, we solve the main barrier to entry: understanding the local system without a dedicated team to monitor procurement portals. The solution uses artificial intelligence to extract deadlines, budget, mandatory requirements, and risks from each document, answering questions in plain language with exact page citations from the source document. User companies significantly reduced the time dedicated to reading and analyzing public procurement documents, enabling participation in a greater number of tenders with lower operational effort.
