FEATURED PROJECT
Megalabs – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant
The 22,447 m² plant is dedicated to the manufacturing of products in various pharmaceutical dosage forms. The design was conceived to allow for phased expansion without disrupting ongoing operations. The facility features a dedicated viewing circuit that enables guided circulation through the building, allowing observation of the mechanical rooms and production processes from outside the operational areas. The raw materials warehouse is 100% automated and self‑supporting, consisting of metal structural systems with a capacity of 6,500 storage positions distributed over 15 levels. Its design, construction, and equipment were defined in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulatory frameworks, complying with EMA, FDA, WHO, and ISO standards.
FEATURED PROJECT
Blaufarma
laufarma’s new facility comprises 2,400 m² dedicated to logistics operations, secondary packaging, quality control laboratories, and corporate offices, including meeting rooms and a staff cafeteria. The facility includes warehouses for semi‑finished and finished products, as well as two cold storage rooms with a total capacity of 530 pallet positions. Loading and unloading docks are designed to accommodate both trucks and vans. The building is equipped with a fire protection pump room, water storage tanks with dual supply, and a standby power generator. Fire protection systems include a full sprinkler network, along with an automated temperature and humidity control system.
FEATURED PROJECT
Megalabs – Research & Development
The Megalabs R&D Center comprises 3,400 m², including office areas, a pilot plant, and laboratories. The entrance hall serves as a central axis, articulating the office areas on one side and the pilot plant and laboratories on the other. The facility features a dedicated viewing circuit that allows visitors to circulate through the building without entering the operational work areas. The center operates in full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), in accordance with EMA, FDA, WHO, and ISO standards. Galenic development includes the design and formulation of small quantities, ranging from laboratory‑scale batches to pilot‑scale batches for stability studies
FEATURED PROJECT
Parque de las Ciencias - Flex Building
The building features a floor area of 2,672 m² with the capability to be subdivided into eight fully independent units. Each unit is designed with provision for the connection of all utilities and the option to construct a mezzanine floor, doubling the functional area. The flexible design allows for multiple uses, enabling configurations such as offices, industrial spaces, laboratories, pilot plants, and logistics operations. Truck loading and unloading docks are connected to a dedicated maneuvering yard. The exterior envelope is constructed with high‑performance insulated panels incorporating sun‑shading devices. Inside the building, a technical concrete floor was executed, fiber‑reinforced and finished with a hardened surface. The roof is a single‑slope metal structure, composed of double‑seamed formed sheet metal
