Uruguay XXI and the National Directorate of Culture (DNC) present the IDA Program, an initiative seeking to promote exports of contemporary Uruguayan literature by supporting the translation, promotion, and distribution of works by Uruguayan authors.
Applications will be received from November 8, 2021 through a rolling system.
Applications will be evaluated on a monthly basis until the funds foreseen for each award are exhausted. Applications will be received until the 20th of each month, and the decisions will be released within the first 10 days of the following month, while allotted funds last.
