An architecture and engineering firm founded in 1995, specializing in assisting foreign companies with their establishment in Uruguay: from site evaluation and regulatory feasibility studies through to the completion and commissioning of the project.

Industry and agribusiness. Design and management of processing plants, including integrated production flow management, silos, and bulk storage. Recent projects: three balanced feed plants for cooperatives and the Conaprole system (2023–2024), a

citrus extract plant, factories, and warehouses.

Permit and licensing management. Building Inspectorate, National Fire Department—with our own registered technician in accordance with Decree 372/023—commercial licensing, and registration with regulatory agencies. The project is delivered fully licensed and ready for operation.

Offices, free trade zones, and corporate facilities. ALICO Tower, bank offices in the Montevideo Free Trade Zone, renovation of the Sofitel Hotel Carrasco, bus terminals, healthcare facilities, and museums. Over one hundred projects designed and managed.

Real Estate Development and Feasibility Studies. Analysis of land use, financial structuring, and residual value, using proprietary analytical systems. A 600-hectare AgTech Free Trade Zone currently under development in the Dominican Republic.
