Zonamerica is Uruguay’s leading free trade zone, located in Montevideo. In 2025, it was recognized by fDi Intelligence as the most sustainable free trade zone in the Americas and ranked among the 10 most competitive free trade zones in the world. Its 92-hectare campus is home to more than 500 companies across more than 14 industries and a community of over 7,000 people, who manage their regional operations in Latin America and other markets from there, accounting for 41% of goods exports from Uruguay’s free trade zones.

It offers world-class infrastructure—corporate offices, warehouses, logistics centers, and lots for custom developments within the free trade zone regime—as well as connectivity and specialized solutions for global services, technology, financial services, logistics, manufacturing, and international trade operations.
