Black River Caviar
Since 1995, we have been the first farm in the Southern Hemisphere to raise sturgeon for caviar production. Today, our product is considered one of the best Oscietra caviars in the world.
ABOUT US
We raise sturgeon—specifically the Oscietra and Baerii varieties—at a CITES-certified farm (an organization that regulates the trade of endangered flora and fauna), ensuring the origin of our products and employing sustainable practices. Our caviar is distinguished by its smooth flavor and firm roe, and is recognized as one of the finest farmed caviars in the world.
