Workshop: How to Break into and Grow in the AEC Services Market in the U.S.

Uruguay XXI, with support from CUSAI, invites Uruguayan companies in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sectors to participate in a practical and strategic workshop to learn how Uruguayan firms can enter, establish themselves, and grow in the U.S. market for AEC professional services.

The event will take place on Friday, September 25 at Estudio Universal (Piedras 544) from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

During the workshop, the following topics—among others—will be addressed:

• How the AEC industry works in the United States.
• Sectors and regions with the greatest growth potential.
• What U.S. firms look for in international partners.
• Technical, digital, and commercial capabilities needed to compete in the market.
• Strategies for building sustainable partnerships and business relationships.
• Key challenges and opportunities for Uruguayan companies.

This will be an opportunity to learn about the market from the perspective of professionals with direct experience in the United States, identify concrete opportunities, and prepare Uruguayan companies to take their next steps toward internationalization.
