ABOUT US

Macanudo is a Uruguayan company dedicated to developing and producing plant-based dairy alternatives inspired by traditional cheesemaking techniques. We were founded with the goal of creating innovative, natural, high-quality foods that combine gastronomy, nutrition, and sustainability.

Our products are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients, slow fermentation, and artisanal processes that create complex and authentic flavors. Our portfolio includes aged specialties, spreads, and melting products made primarily from cashew nuts.

All our products are dairy-free, gluten-free, suitable for people with lactose intolerance and cow's milk protein allergy, and manufactured in a dedicated facility where no dairy or animal products are processed, minimizing the risk of cross-contamination.

We are committed to continuous innovation, circular economy principles, and environmentally responsible production, bringing high value-added Uruguayan products to international markets.
