    Uruguay Country Brand will participate in City Nation Place Global on November 4 and 5 in London.

    City Nation Place Global is the leading international conference for professionals specializing in city branding, country branding, and territorial marketing.

    Held annually in London, the event brings together government officials, investment promotion agencies, and tourism directors from around the world to discuss the management of the international reputation of nations and cities. Its main themes include attracting talent and investment, promoting sustainable tourism, measuring soft power, and fostering citizen engagement in a region’s identity.

    This year, under the central theme of moving from campaigns to purpose-driven action (values-based place branding), this edition will explore how a region’s international reputation directly influences investment attraction, sustainable tourism, and talent retention. Key topics include the integration of citizen well-being metrics to validate brand authenticity, the impact of artificial intelligence on territorial management, and the presentation of the City Nation Place Awards, which will recognize the most innovative and sustainable success stories in the sector globally.
