Uruguay Day in Miami

Uruguay XXI will hold an edition of Uruguay Day in Miami on June 17, an international promotional event that will bring together national officials, institutional leaders, and stakeholders involved in promoting the country abroad.
The event will take place as part of the Uruguayan National Soccer Team’s participation in the 2026 FIFA World Cup and will aim to promote the country’s image and strengthen ties with strategic audiences in the United States.
The event will be attended by Foreign Minister Mario Lubetkin; Tourism Minister Pablo Menoni; National Secretary of Sports Alejandro Pereda; and Uruguay’s Ambassador to the United States, Daniel Castillos.
The event is co-organized with the Uruguayan Embassy in the United States, the Uruguayan Consulate in Miami, the Ministry of Tourism, INAC, INAVI, and the National Secretariat of Sports. It also has the support of Galería Piero Atchugarry and UTE.
