Bodega Oceanica Jose Ignacio and Almazara Boutique

Finca Jose Ignacio was established in Jose Ignacio, one of the most exclusive places in South America.

In a unique environment of slight slopes, close to the Atlantic coast, and one of the most used ways by the tourism that arrives in Uruguay, a unique design of vines and olive trees is observed.

A single look in Finca José Ignacio, allows us to observe the concern for design, the care in the details, and respect for the environment which are the beginning of the achievement of a Premium quality product.

In the 52 hectares farm, there are 8 hectares of vines and 23 hectares of olive trees.

THE WINERY

This construction is a great sculpture and narrative volume; the shape, well seated on the ground, rises and is relieved with a small conical effort on the circular log.

The vertical design of the winery allows to produce the wine by gravity, a traditional method that respects production; the structure of its walls and openings achieve very valuable natural lighting for work in the cellar.

OIL MILL

The architectural design of the OIL MILL has been distinguished with the first award, in its category in the World Architecture Festival 2015 held in Singapore. It consists essentially of cement plates inlaid with stained glass windows whose sparkles are seen from the plantation, with amazing artworks that accompany the integration with the landscape.

Its design, functionality, infrastructure, and equipment, is completely in line with the quality policy that O'33 José Ignacio has taken since the beginning
