Celisano
Celisano is a family business created by two brothers to make gluten-free food tasty and inclusive. From Salto, its products have expanded to Montevideo and the rest of the country.
Celisano was founded in Salto, Uruguay, when two brothers decided to transform gluten-free food into a rich and enjoyable experience. Noticing the lack of tasty options for people with celiac disease, they created a family-run brand focused on quality, innovation, and closeness. From the beginning, they developed their own recipes combining flavor, texture, and freshness, reimagining how gluten-free food is made. Celisano aims for its products to be for everyone, uniting tradition and innovation. Today, it continues growing from Salto to the whole country, expanding its product line while staying committed to inclusive, responsible, and delicious food. Every product reflects its mission: proving that gluten-free can also be truly enjoyable.
