Celisano is a family-owned company that was founded out of two siblings’ desire to reshape the way Uruguayans perceive gluten-free food—making it delicious and enjoyable for everyone. We create inclusive food that doesn’t sacrifice flavor nor texture, bringing people together around products everyone can equally enjoy.
We are currently based in our hometown of Salto, but our products have crossed departmental borders, reaching various points of sale to delight Uruguayans in Montevideo and throughout the rest of the country.
