CoveArch Studio is an architecture and design studio dedicated to the development of residential and commercial projects. We provide both design services and executive project documentation, integrating architecture and interior design through a contemporary, functional approach sensitive to context. Each project is approached in a personalized way, prioritizing spatial quality, the balance between aesthetics and use, and careful attention to every stage of the process. We work with clients around the world, with a primary focus on the United States market. In Uruguay, we also provide construction management and on-site supervision services.

Edificio de Oficinas Urudata - Montevideo, Uruguay

The Urduata Building is located in the heart of Montevideo’s city center and was conceived as an office building designed to integrate respectfully with its urban context. CoveArch Studio developed the project in an integral manner, covering the architectural design, executive project documentation, and construction supervision. The proposal follows the logic of party-wall construction and the prevailing height of the area, blending naturally into the existing urban fabric. The façade is resolved with a contemporary language through the intersection of light horizontal volumes and a metal-clad vertical volume that highlights the main entrance and reduces the building’s scale toward the street. The program is organized over three levels around a large central patio, reinterpreting the traditional skylights of the city center. Natural light and vegetation play a key role, enhancing spatial quality, comfort, and well-being, and creating more pleasant workspaces within the city’s intense rhythm.

FEATURED PROJECT

Modern Residence - Saudi Arabia

This project corresponds to a single-family residence located in Saudi Arabia, conceived through a contemporary interpretation of the region’s traditional architecture. Designed entirely by CoveArch Studio, the project was developed in an integral manner by our team, covering the architectural design and executive project documentation. The proposal is organized around interior courtyards that structure the house, provide privacy, and allow controlled natural light, creating a fluid relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces. The architecture combines clean volumes, sober geometries, and noble materials, integrating elements such as arches, screens, and textures that dialogue with local tradition from a contemporary perspective. Interior spaces prioritize spaciousness, spatial quality, and visual continuity, while the courtyard landscaping reinforces the idea of an oasis and well-being. The project seeks to balance cultural identity, comfort, and contemporary design, responding to the climate and local way of living.
