FEATURED PROJECT
Manufactura de Pilar S.A. (Paraguay)
Pilar is a Paraguayan company recognized for the manufacturing and commercialization of textile products. Its main challenge was the slow and manual reconciliation of bank accounts, a process that could take the finance team two to three full days per bank. This consumed administrative resources and limited the early detection of errors or missing transactions. With the implementation of DaMap, the company fully automated this process, now completing bank reconciliations in a matter of hours—or even minutes. This agility allowed the team to free up valuable time for other tasks and improve the efficiency and reliability of its financial management. In addition, the system enabled quick identification and correction of inconsistencies, such as incorrectly posted deposits or missing collections. The implemented process includes 6 bank reconciliations, 1 payment method reconciliation, and 2 supplier operational control processes, managing more than 38,000 monthly transactions.
FEATURED PROJECT
Sognare Descanso (Mexico)
Sognare Descanso is a Mexican company specializing in sleep products —mattresses, pillows, and accessories— with a strong presence in digital channels and marketplaces. Its main challenge was the manual reconciliation of sales and payment operations coming from multiple sources (online store, Amazon, Mercado Libre, payment processors, and banks). The diversity of data sources and transaction volumes caused delays in error detection, inconsistencies between settled and received amounts, and excessive operational effort. With DaMap’s implementation, Sognare achieved full automation of its reconciliation processes, seamlessly integrating data from all platforms, standardizing accounting information, and performing daily reconciliations without manual intervention. As a result, the company significantly reduced closing times, improved reporting accuracy, and now benefits from automatic alerts for missing or mismatched transactions. DaMap currently manages bank, payment processor, and e-commerce reconciliations, covering over 25,000 transactions per month.
