Lecuna & Asoc. is a firm specialized in Urban, Territorial, and Landscape Management, with extensive experience in the field. Its methodology is based on three interconnected levels: Project and Implementation, focused on developing and executing innovative proposals in urban, territorial, and landscape contexts; Comprehensive Management, ensuring full support from strategic site identification to technical studies; and Efficient Administration, optimizing institutional procedures to maximize time and results. Consultancy for the design of the Partial Review of the Local Land Use Planning and Sustainable Development Plan of Salto (R-POT-S) moves towards a development model that integrates urban growth, environmental protection, heritage strength, and social cohesion. The design plans to clarify land uses, reserve natural and cultural spaces, and regulate development to minimize negative impacts, highlighting the landscape and heritage qualities of the territory.

Award-winning project that, through its innovative approach, positions the Sandú Chico area and the city of Durazno as national references in design and planning with environmental and sustainable criteria. For the urban component of the Sandú Chico area, a public park is proposed with a strong environmental and landscape focus, incorporating the Arboretum project, integrating various sanitation and drainage solutions, and introducing native plant species.
