PUNTA SHOPPING

We took on the challenge of rebuilding and expanding the main shopping mall in Punta del Este in a record time of 15 months, after a major fire had almost completely destroyed it. Working as a team with the construction company and the mall’s managers and directors, we designed a tailor-made work plan in which we overlapped all the stages that are normally carried out sequentially—structural assessment, conceptual design, executive project, and construction—successfully delivering the project.

ANTEL ARENA

With a highly demanding schedule, compliance with high international standards, and the coordination of globally recognized consultants—combined with a program unprecedented in Uruguay—this project represented a major challenge and a significant professional growth opportunity for the MARQ team. The Antel Arena Multifunctional Complex is structured around a main building featuring a central multipurpose venue with a capacity of 10,000 spectators, organized across five levels that integrate parking facilities and administrative, service, and complementary areas. The complex is completed by the Canario Luna Auditorium, a school, and a youth football club, consolidating a large-scale, multifunctional program with strong urban impact and high technical complexity, delivered through comprehensive project management and precise coordination among all stakeholders involved.
