Olivares de Rocha has 3,000 hectares with more than 10 varieties of olives planted. These olives are harvested and processed on the same day which is essential to produce an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of excellent quality.

Nuevo Manantial S.A., founded in 2000, has an area of more than 23,300 hectares dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees with its brand of extra virgin olive oils Olivares de Rocha, forestry, livestock, and an important project of energy venture. We are a company very committed to the environment by producing the electrical energy that we consume generated by the First Wind Farm in Uruguay. We also care about supporting small producers located in nearby areas through the provision of technical support and third-party harvest processing services.
