Polanco Caviar is founded in 2008, with the aim of taking advantage of the natural characteristics of Uruguay for the breeding of sturgeons. This is how a unique quality caviar in the world is obtained.

Polanco Caviar stems from the belief that to achieve exceptional things, they must be made in a different way. The outcome is a worldwide unique Caviar. Polanco Caviar has been awarded with 3 golden stars, the highest qualification in the Superior Taste Award of the International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi) in Brussels. Its caviar is being exported to more than 25 countries in the 5 continents and has offices in Europe and USA. Polanco Caviar is part of the Uruguayan Exporters Association. Also, it achieved international certifications as Global Gap and FSSC 22.000.
