FEATURED PROJECT
Margat Restaurant
Margat Restaurant

At Margat, we carried out the comprehensive restoration of the ground floor of the historic Palacio Serratosa, transforming it into a contemporary restaurant while preserving its original architectural essence. The work included the recovery of heritage elements, the technical updating of the building, and the design of a spatial experience aligned with the character of the palace. We developed an aesthetic proposal that combines noble materials, carefully planned lighting, and curated furniture to enhance the elegance of the environment without competing with its historical value. The project covered interior design, complete furnishing, supplier coordination, selection of design pieces, and the definition of atmospheres for each area: main dining hall, bars, transition spaces, and service zones. We also managed the integration between the restaurant’s new operational needs and the building’s original structure, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and respect for the heritage. The result is a refined, timeless, and meticulously curated space that reinterprets the identity of Palacio Serratosa through its new gastronomic purpose.

FEATURED PROJECT
Isla de flores
Isla de flores

We developed a comprehensive color consultancy for a residence in Isla de Flores, aiming to unify the aesthetic criteria, enhance the home’s architectural identity, and respond to the unique natural light of the site. The work included a detailed analysis of materials, orientation, shadows, proportions, and circulation patterns in each space. Based on this diagnostic, we defined specific palettes for social, private, and transitional areas, balancing neutrals, chromatic accents, and tones that interact harmoniously with the house’s original architecture. We produced physical and digital moodboards, on-site tests, technical recommendations on finishes, and curated color selections for walls, carpentry, ceilings, and key design elements. The result is a cohesive, contemporary, and warm chromatic proposal that visually organizes the residence and highlights its character without imposing an external style.
