Multinational operational transformation — 3 countries, one command dashboard

We applied our proprietary ATLAS™ methodology (Analyze → Translate → Launch → Adopt → Scale) to transform the operations of an international trading company with presence in three countries: South Africa, United Arab Emirates and Uruguay. The challenge: unifying commercial, financial and inventory management across three independent legal entities, each subject to different local tax and accounting regulations. We configured Zoho CRM, Books and Inventory tailored to each country, with specific tax rules, local currencies and regulatory workflows. We built an executive command dashboard in Zoho Analytics with a unified corporate functional currency, enabling the board to make real-time decisions without manual consolidations. An additional challenge was the retail point-of-sale operation in South Africa, which required integrated POS workflows within the corporate ecosystem. Result: complete operational visibility, guaranteed regulatory compliance per country and elimination of manual financial consolidation processes.

Platform unification across Latin America — 80+ users, one ecosystem

We applied our proprietary ATLAS™ methodology (Analyze → Translate → Launch → Adopt → Scale) to consolidate over 15 scattered applications into a single Zoho One platform, integrating more than 80 users across a SaaS technology company with operations in over 6 Latin American countries. The challenge: eliminating operational fragmentation caused by years of disorganized tool adoption, unifying sales, support, projects, finance and internal communications into a cohesive ecosystem. We implemented Zoho CRM, Books, Projects, Desk, Analytics, Creator, Catalyst, Cliq and Connect, with automated workflows across modules and real-time executive dashboards. Custom development with Creator and Catalyst solved specific processes that no standard tool could address. Result: elimination of 15+ redundant licenses, unified operational visibility across the entire region, drastic reduction in coordination time and a team of 80+ people working on a single integrated platform.
