Virtual Program: Data Room

Uruguay XXI invites you to participate in the virtual Data Room program organized by Ingenio, Endeavor, and ANDE, which will take place on September 8 and 10.

This is a key tool for the management of startups seeking investment funding. Through a virtual platform, all the strategic, financial, legal, and technical information that an investor would want to review will be gathered. The fully online program provides tools to design and complete a Data Room using a practical, results-oriented methodology.

The program is aimed at ventures planning to raise private capital within the next 12 months, that already have their own funding (or agency funding), and have a consolidated and growing business model with stable work teams.

The introductory sessions, to be held on September 8 and 10, will be led by Ariel Uri (Head of Finance at Strike) and require prior registration by August 31.

In addition, participants will have access to consulting hours as well as optional technical workshops in areas such as finance and metrics, legal aspects, valuation, market, elevator pitch, among others.
