UHY Gubba & Asociados, founded in Montevideo in 1989 by Hugo Gubba, began as a traditional public accounting firm, providing consulting and accounting outsourcing services. Over the years, the firm has grown steadily, consolidating a team of highly specialized professionals who offer comprehensive solutions to increasingly demanding clients.

Since 2007, we have been part of UHY International, a global network of audit and consulting firms, which provides us with international support and visibility.

Experience in assisting foreign investors

We have advised foreign investors throughout the process of setting up in Uruguay, both at the level of individuals and companies. This includes an analysis regarding the best corporate structure to adopt, tax and economic analysis of the project, selection of personnel, accounting, permanent attention to consultations, among others.

We have assisted foreign investors to obtain their Uruguayan residence, both legal and fiscal. We have performed audits and due diligence for foreign firms with branches or subsidiaries in the country.
