    Ventus is an engineering and construction company specializing in renewable energy and green hydrogen. With extensive experience in the development, construction, and operation & maintenance of solar and wind farms under the EPC model, we also carry out civil works such as buildings, industrial warehouses, and infrastructure projects.

    The company employs more than 1,800 people across over 10 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Founded in 2010 in Uruguay, Ventus has participated in over 50% of the installed MW in the country. It was the first private company to export energy from Uruguay abroad and the first to structure private power purchase and sale agreements, as well as to develop the country’s first green hydrogen project.

    Ventus has local offices in Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Uruguay, providing services across the entire continent. The company has built over 2,550 MW of renewable capacity in the region, managing more than USD 2.6 billion in investments for major energy sector clients. In just 15 years of operations, Ventus has completed more than 100 projects.
