Bologna Children's Book Fair 2020

Uruguay XXI and the National Directorate of Culture, within the framework of the implementation of policies aimed at the internationalization of the publishing sector, are calling on publishers and agents to participate in the international fair Bologna Children's Book Fair 2020 (BCBF 2020) and to create a catalogue with the exportable supply of children's and young people's literature in Uruguay.

The Bologna Children's Book Fair will take place from Monday, May 4th to Thursday, May 2, 2020 in Bologna, Italy. It is the main event for publishers, authors, illustrators, literary agents, distributors, translators and other professionals working in the world of editing and publishing stories aimed at children and adolescents.

In this edition, Uruguay will have a country stand of 16 square meters, which will host the various proposals that are chosen by the court of the call.

Those selected and the companies that make up the catalogue will receive support to generate contacts with publishing actors.
