The investment, export and country brand promotion institute, Uruguay XXI, the Embassy of Uruguay in Brazil and the Consulate General of Uruguay in Porto Alegre, together with a delegation of Uruguayan institutions and companies are participating in the 45th edition of Expointer, the most important agribusiness and agricultural machinery event in Latin America, to be held in the city of Esteio, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
As in previous editions, Uruguay XXI will participate with a country stand. The agricultural sector is the principal source of Uruguay's exports of both raw materials and manufactured products. Brazil is currently one of Uruguay's main trading partners, so participating in Expointer is an excellent opportunity to consolidate trade relations between the two countries and explore new business opportunities.
