As part of an agenda focused on cultural exchange and strengthening bilateral ties, the Uruguayan delegation consolidated its presence at Expo Osaka 2025 with visits to the Chilean and Brazilian pavilions, organized by ProChile and ApexBrasil, respectively.

The Chilean pavilion, Mäkun, offers an experience that pays tribute to the Mapuche culture. It displays an impressive 242-square-meter sheep wool blanket, woven by 200 artisans, symbolizing the collective strength and richness of Chile's ancestral heritage.

The delegation also explored the Brazilian pavilion, a vibrant display of the country's cultural diversity, creativity, and innovation, reflecting its characteristic dynamism and international projection.

These opportunities for encounter and cooperation reaffirm Uruguay's commitment to the international promotion of its identity, values, and culture, in line with the Country Brand strategy as a tool for global positioning.

Uruguay extends its congratulations to both countries for their outstanding proposals and wishes them every success in this edition of the exhibition.
