September 8 and 10 – DATA ROOM
A 100% online program to design a Data Room (a key tool for startup management and fundraising) through a practical, results-oriented methodology.

September 13 – IT Builders – Startup World Cup Stage
IT Builders Live is an experience of learning, inspiration, and networking, featuring over 100 activities including keynote talks, debates, workshops, and meetups.
It will also host the Startup World Cup organized by PEGASUS Tech Ventures. The winner will qualify to participate in the semifinal on October 17 in San Francisco (United States), where they will have the chance to pitch again and compete for a spot in the grand final to win the Startup World Cup and a USD 1 million investment prize.

September 17 and 18 – 11th P2P Financial Systems Workshop in Uruguay
Under the theme “Decentralization, Inclusion, and the Future of Money”, the event will bring together renowned economists, central bankers, technologists, and academics from Latin America and beyond to explore the intersection of peer-to-peer finance, policy innovation, academia, and public digital infrastructure.
The 2025 edition in Uruguay aims to strengthen regional collaboration, highlight local innovation, and amplify the voices of the Global South in the global financial dialogue. A call for papers is open until August 29 here.

September 23 – North Valley Montevideo
The event will take place as a networking night connecting founders, C-levels, startups, global companies, investors, and leaders of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. More than 100 participants are expected, fostering strategic connections to boost innovation opportunities.

September 29 – October 3 – Caldeira Week
The fourth edition of this major event organized by Instituto Caldeira, an innovation hub based in Porto Alegre, Brazil, features a program with more than 100 activities spread across 10 simultaneous stages and will bring together over 100 national and international speakers.
On October 1, as part of the activities, Uruguay Day will be held, sponsored by El Faro Advising, Aguada Park, World Trade Center Free Zone Montevideo, Zonamerica, Costa Oriental, Augusto Cibils, Marcos Soto, and Viña Edén, together with Uruguay XXI, with the aim of presenting the country's value proposition and connecting with business opportunities between both countries.
