As part of its strategy to develop the export culture, Uruguay XXI presented the Programa de Formación en Habilidades en Exportación (FHE), a proposal for continuous training in commercial themes and tools for export.

The activities incorporated new dynamics and practical application tools to the theoretical issues addressed. Real cases of export experiences and their corresponding analyses applied to the needs of the participants were also presented.

The program was divided into several modules that presented key proposals for exporters, while the entire course provided a complete overview of the challenges faced by exporting companies, the thread running through all the annual training.

In its 2019 edition, the modules were transmitted via streaming throughout the country by Vera+, while face-to-face participation also allowed for networking opportunities aimed at strengthening networks among attendees and trainers.
